🗓️ Academic Calendar

  • Fall Semester: Begins the third Monday of August
  • Spring Semester: Begins the third Monday of January
  • Scheduled Breaks: Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks are built into the academic calendar

📝 How to Register

👤 Create Your Student’s Account

  • Complete the ACCOUNT INFORMATION section below on behalf of your student.
  • This information will create their Student Account, which is required for class enrollment and access to the Student Community. We recommend letting your student complete this part of the registration form to ensure they select a username and password they will be able to remember.

🖼️ Student Profile Completion

  • After registration, your student will be required to complete their Student Profile.
  • Students must upload a profile picture and fill out all required profile fields.

📬 What to Expect After Registration

Upon registration, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email confirming your registration.

By July 28th, you will receive:

  • An email from Google with instructions for setting up your Google Workspace Student Email.
  • A Welcome Email from Àbulę with important details about getting started.
  • Important: If you do not receive these emails by July 28th, check your Spam folder or visit the Support Hub in the Student Community’s menu navigation after logging into your account. Please check your email routinely for these important communications.

📚 Required Student Onboarding

  • Students will be required to complete an on-boarding course by August 1st.
  • The course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and must be finished prior to enrolling in other courses.
  • This onboarding will teach students how to join student-led clubs, how to join classes, navigate the Student Community, and access Student Resources.

  • Students must enroll in their courses by August 1st for Fall Semester Registration.

🟡TUITION ASSISTANCE REGISTRATION

You are registering for the Àbulę Tuition Assistance Program. This registration will create your Parent/Guardian Account and submit your application for review.

📝 How to Register

👨‍👩‍👧 You're Creating a Parent/Guardian Account

This form is for parents or guardians applying for Tuition Assistance. You are currently registering for a Parent/Guardian Account — not a student account.

This Parent/Guardian Account allows you to:
  • Monitor and manage tuition payments
  • Receive important communications from Àbulę
  • Receive a unique student registration code once your account is approved

Approval Required: Your account will be reviewed by our administrative team. This process may take 7–14 business days.

Once your parent account is approved, you’ll receive a special code your student will use to create their own student account after they receive their official Student Email around August 1st.

Do not create a student account yet. Students must wait until they receive their student email and must use their student email when registering.

🖼️ Student Profile Setup Comes Later

  • After approval and receiving their Student Email, your child will register using the code you receive.
  • Students will then create their own profile, upload a picture, and fill out required fields on the eCampus and Student Community.
  • Student registration and onboarding must be completed before the semester begins.

📋 What to Expect After Registration (Pending Approval)

Once registration is submitted, your account will be pending while your application is reviewed.

  • Approval typically takes 7–14 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been approved. Please check your inbox and spam folder regularly.

📬 What to Expect After Account Approval

Upon account approval, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email confirming your approval.

Around August 1st, you will receive:

  • An email from Google with instructions for setting up your Google Workspace Student Email sent to the personal email you provide for your Student. Please ensure you list the correct email with correct spelling. 
  • A Welcome Email from Àbulę sent to you as well as your student with important details about getting started.
  • Important: If you do not receive these emails by August 2nd, check your Spam folder or reach out to us via email at support@abule.education

📚 Required Student Onboarding

  • Students will be required to complete an onboarding course before enrolling in other classes.
  • Students will have approximately 3 weeks after receiving their student email to complete onboarding and set up their accounts.
  • The course takes approximately 30 minutes and includes information on how to join clubs, register for classes, and navigate the Student Community.

⚠️ Important Dates

  • August 1st: Students begin receiving Student Emails and can begin account setup and onboarding.
  • August 4th: Student Orientation takes place — attendance is highly encouraged.
  • Students must be fully registered and enrolled in courses before the semester begins before August 18th.

📋 Acceptable Documents for Proof of Household Income

To confirm eligibility for the Tuition Assistance Program, please upload one of the following documents:

  • 📄 Most Recent Tax Return (Form 1040): This is the most comprehensive document to verify your household income.
  • 💵 Recent Pay Stubs (Last 3-6 Months): Pay stubs from the last 3-6 months to verify income from employment.
  • 🏛️ Social Security, Disability, or Pension Benefit Statements: Documentation showing income from government benefits, such as Social Security or disability.
  • 📑 Unemployment Benefits Documentation: A statement from the unemployment office verifying income received.

👪 Proof of Family Dynamic

  • 👤 For Single Parents: Please submit a recent tax return showing "Head of Household" status, or provide documentation confirming your status.
  • ❤️ For Adoptive Families: Please submit a copy of the adoption decree, legal guardianship documents, or other legal proof of custody.
  • 📚 For First-Year Homeschoolers: Please submit a withdrawal letter from your child’s previous school, a state homeschool registration/notice of intent, or other documentation confirming your transition to homeschooling within the last year.
